Project Manager

Reports To: Director of Operations / Senior Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in concrete restoration to lead and oversee restoration and repair projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for the estimating, planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and client communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in structural concrete repair, waterproofing systems, and restoration methods for commercial, municipal, and/or mid to high rise structures.
- Manage concrete restoration projects from estimating through completion, including planning, execution, and closeout
- Develop project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management
- Create and maintain project schedules and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accurate execution and compliance
- Coordinate and attend pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, and site walkthroughs
- Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate (RFIs, submittals, daily
reports, meeting minutes, as-builts, pay apps) - Identify risks and proactively resolve field issues
- Ensure quality control procedures are followed and work meets project specifications and industry standards
- Enforce jobsite safety policies and support compliance with OSHA and company safety programs
- Manage project closeout including punch lists, warranties, final billing, and turnover documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and field/project experience will be considered
- 5–10+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong preference for concrete restoration preferred
- Proven experience managing projects involving:
- Structural concrete repairs (spalls, cracks, delamination)
- Epoxy injection and crack repair systems
- Cementitious repair mortars and patching systems
- Protective coatings and sealers
- Waterproofing and traffic coating systems
- Joint sealants and expansion joint systems
- Experience managing subcontractors, labor crews, project schedules, and budgets
- Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, and change management
- Experience with restoration on parking structures, balconies, podium decks, bridges, façades, or industrial concrete structures
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe)
- Knowledge of ICRI guidelines and restoration best practices
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and similar
- Strong leadership and field coordination ability

Project Engineer

Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Director of Operations
We are seeking an Entry-Level Construction Project Engineer to support the project management of our concrete restoration and repair projects from estimating, preconstruction through closeout. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to help ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract documents.
The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in the self-performance of concrete restoration, including structural repairs, waterproofing systems, and protective coatings.
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination, documentation, and communication
- Help track project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor progress
- Support project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, daily reports, safety paperwork, quality control and closeout documents
- Maintain accurate project files and logs (submittal log, RFI log, change order log, etc)
- Review drawings and specifications to support scope understanding and field execution
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing, lead times, product data, etc
- Assist with change order requests, cost tracking, and quantity tracking
- Participate in jobsite meetings, owner/architect meetings, and progress meetings as needed
- Help ensure quality control processes are followed and work aligns with project specifications
- Promote jobsite safety standards and support compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
- Support estimating and preconstruction activities including takeoffs, scope reviews, and bid organization
- Assist with project closeout including punch lists, warranty documentation, and turnover packages
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and construction experience will be considered
- 0–5 years of experience in construction (project engineering, internships, field engineering, or related roles)
- Interest or exposure to projects involving:
- Concrete repair and restoration
- Waterproofing and sealant systems
- Protective coatings and surface preparation
- Subcontractor management
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project workflows
- Internship or field experience on commercial, industrial, municipal, and/or mid to high rise multi-family construction projects
- Exposure to concrete construction/restoration work
- OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe)
- Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Team-first attitude with willingness to learn and take direction
