- Broken tee-to-tee connections
- Topping slab removal and replacement
- Joint sealant replacement and membrane installation

Five-story post tension parking structure renovation involving:
- 2,000 Square Feet of partial depth concrete repairs
- 500 Square Feet of full depth repairs
- 2,000 Square Feet of vertical and overhead concrete repairs
- 302,000 Square Feet of traffic bearing membrane re-coat
- 768 Lineal Feet of expansion joint replacement
- 70 external post tension installations
- Steel bracing reinforcement to columns
- Zinc rich treatment to barrier cable system
- Carbon fiber installation
- Near surface mounted epoxy installations
- Wooden handrail replacement

Work occurred within an 11-story parking post-tensioned parking garage.
- The scope of work was located on levels 10-7 of the garage
- The scope consisted of performing vertical and horizontal concrete repairs, repair of post tension cables within the slab as found and replacement of membrane utilizing a Polyurethane Methyl methacrylate System provided by Master Builders Solutions
- Other work performed included replacement of drains and plumbing piping throughout the garage, miscellaneous concrete knockdown work in the garage and asphalt seam repair utilizing waterproofing system by American Hydrotech

Construction took place within the 2 level Blue Parking Garage and 5 level Orange Parking Garage.
- The scope in the Orange garage consisted of concrete beam repairs, overhead repairs and post-tension cable repair
- The blue garage scope of work consisted of metal decking stair replacement and conduit relocation which included concrete removal and replacement, metal pan decking fabrication, removal and replacement and conduit removal and relocation
Work was completed for the annual garage restoration program around the mall property.

The project consisted of over 3,200 SF of overhead concrete demolition and repairs throughout the parking structure.
- Project challenges consisted of heavy traffic and traffic control patterns needed to keep the garage operational during the construction process
- Traffic lights were stationed throughout the structure to assist in this process. Also, a traffic bearing membrane was installed on the entry and exist ramps
- Due to the high volume of cars multiple shutdowns with flaggers and other methods were used in keeping the garage open during the completion of the work
