Case Study
The project consisted of 100% removal and replacement of all 20,000 LF of precast tee to tee joint sealants throughout parking structure along with over 350 broken tee to tee connectors being replaced.
Project continued with a traffic bearing membrane system installed on 100% of the roof level and 2 ft wide membrane strips over the tee-to-tee joints on the remainder of the levels 2-5 totaling 55,000 SF
