Case Study
Two level precast double tee parking structure above US Route 151 (John Nolen Drive).
Majority of scope included supplementing failed shear connections throughout the upper level of the structure utilizing steel beam sections at the underside of the connections
Work also included strengthening of the precast flange sections, vertical and horizontal concrete repairs, electrical systems replacement and miscellaneous waterproofing repairs
Golf Construction coordinated closely with the Wisconsin DOT and DOA to coordinate access to the structure above the railroad and highway at the underside of the structure
