Milwaukee, WI P&DC Circular Ramp (Phase 1) & VMF Repairs (Phase 2)

Phase 1 was restoration of a 2-story helix ramp that provided access and egress to USPS employees.

• Work involved 14,000 Square Feet of debris netting removal
• 1,680 Cubic Feet of horizontal partial depth slab repair
• 2,425 Cubic Feet of partial depth overhead repair
• 6.85 tons of supplemental steel reinforcing installation
• 60 Cubic Feet of concrete beam repair
• 330 Cubic Feet of vertical concrete wall repair
• 63,875 Square Feet of corrosion inhibitor sealer application
• 273 Lineal Feet of joint sealant replacement, and 5,778 of sacrificial anode installation

Phase 2 was restoration of the concrete ceiling within the vehicle maintenance facility.

• Work was performed on 1-2 mechanic bays at a time
• The entire HVAC system ductwork had to be removed, temporarily set up, and reinstalled in coordination with concrete repairs
• Work included 23,740 of netting removal and reinstallation
• 455 Cubic Feet of overhead slab partial depth repair
• 3.85 tons of supplemental steel reinforcing installation
• 23,470 Square Feet of corrosion inhibitor sealer application
• 23,470 Square Feet of ceiling painting
• 596 of sacrificial anode installation
