Illinois State University DeGarmo Hall Plaza Restoration Project

The project consisted of 100% removal and replacement of the plaza and patio topping slab and existing hot applied membrane totaling 33,500SF.

• The existing membrane removal and disposal poses a challenge due to the asbestos content in the membrane
• Project consist of removal and replacement of all ADA concrete ramps, stairs, handrails, and plumbing, bringing those up to current building codes
• The project also consists of installing a Thin Brick MVIS system on all exposed concrete parapet walls and building core
