5-Story Parking Structure that is made up of four floors that are post tension and the roof level is precast concrete.

• Work involved 1,010 Square Feet of precast full depth concrete repair
• 1,285 Square Feet of Post Tension topside slab repair
• 170 Square Feet of Post Tension full depth repair, stair tread repairs
• 1 ton of supplemental reinforcing for slab repairs
• 285 Lineal of joint sealants, expansion joint replacement
• Removal of 280-wheel stops, and 13,000 Square Feet of new traffic bearing membrane
