The project consisted of over 3,200 SF of overhead concrete demolition and repairs throughout the parking structure.
Project challenges consisted of heavy traffic and traffic control patterns needed to keep the garage operational during the construction process
Traffic lights were stationed throughout the structure to assist in this process. Also, a traffic bearing membrane was installed on the entry and exist ramps
Due to the high volume of cars multiple shutdowns with flaggers and other methods were used in keeping the garage open during the completion of the work
