Work occurred within an 11-story parking post-tensioned parking garage.
The scope of work was located on levels 10-7 of the garage
The scope consisted of performing vertical and horizontal concrete repairs, repair of post tension cables within the slab as found and replacement of membrane utilizing a Polyurethane Methyl methacrylate System provided by Master Builders Solutions
Other work performed included replacement of drains and plumbing piping throughout the garage, miscellaneous concrete knockdown work in the garage and asphalt seam repair utilizing waterproofing system by American Hydrotech
